MEET THE TEAM
ELIZABETH RIZZOLI
Elizabeth Rizzoli is a mental performance consultant whose passion is to enhance the quality of life of athletes and performers by achieving both athletic and personal growth. Using a whole person-centered approach, she collaborates with athletes on personalized mental skills training programs. Her professional philosophy centers on creating an environment that encourages growth through compassion, autonomy, and competence.
She works with a wide range of competitive performers on both the individual and team level. Providing services but not limited to: Elite Youth, High School, Collegiate, Extreme Sport, Olympic, and Military populations.
Elizabeth is a member of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). She received her B.A in Psychology from California State University of Fullerton, and M.A in Performance Psychology from National University. She is currently pursuing the CMPC (Certified Mental Performance Consultant) certification administered by AASP.
As a former competitive athlete paired with a Yoga Teacher Training 200 certification (YTT200) she enjoys yoga, hiking, surfing, and snowboarding in her free time.
CHRISTA KLOHA
Christa Kloha is a former D2 Cross Country and Track (800/1500/Steeple) athlete, having previously played soccer and basketball as well. She is a driven individual who is dedicated to helping others improve their performance and well-being. She facilitates growth through values that include awareness, understanding, balance, empathy, and autonomy. With a background in Relationship Coaching and Sports and Performance Psychology, she uses a combination of evidence-based practices and personal experience to find the most effective way in working with each individual or team.

In her free time, Christa enjoys being outdoors traveling, surfing, hiking, playing beach volleyball, and more. Her other hobbies include creating art, reading, and catching up on the latest psychology-related podcasts.
​She works with various performers at an individual and team level, and is specialized within the High School and Collegiate populations.
Christa has received her B.A in Visual Arts from University of California San Diego, and M.A in Performance Psychology from National University. She currently holds Senior Status with her Relationship Coaching Certification, and is currently pursuing the CMPC (Certified Mental Performance Consultant) certification administered by AASP.
